As a Project Manager, Tess dedicates her time to coordinating events from start to finish to ensure the best show possible for our valued clients, and appreciates the creativity that is commonplace onsite and behind the scenes at Image Engineering. In her previous role as the Festivals Coordinator at the Baltimore Office of Promotion & the Arts, Tess could be found stopping traffic at Artscape, helping to solve production issues at Light City, or up in a tent at the Baltimore Book Festival. In this role, she helped to produce a mayoral inauguration and three Martin Luther King Day parades, as well as numerous public events.
