Andy oversees the planning, permitting and safety of all Image Engineering pyrotechnic, laser and special effect displays, as well as manages internal compliance for the entire company. Every pyrotechnic show produced by Image Engineering is permitted by Andy and our team of Permit Coordinators. In jurisdictions where the authority having jurisdiction (AHJs) require laser or cryogenic permitting Andy’s team also provide compliance oversight and necessary permit processing.

As Manager of Compliance, Andy understands how to work with and maintains positive relationships with AHJs. Given Image Engineering’s vast work across the country as well as its sister company IMAGESFX’s touring work, Andy not only understands the expectations of the FDA, CDRH, FAA and Fire Marshals but understands how to efficiently move projects through these systems for clients.
