Eric Boudreault is an international project manager with over 15 years of experience delivering large-scale live entertainment, experiential events, and technical production projects across global markets. Based in the United States, Eric is originally from Alma, Québec, Canada. He was involved in multiple project with has built a career leading complex productions from concept through execution, contributing more than 6,000 shows, events, and immersive attractions worldwide.
Throughout his career, Eric has held key roles including Project Manager, Production Site Manager, Musician, artistic director, Technical Director, and Stage Technician, bringing a comprehensive understanding of both creative and operational workflows. His expertise spans project lifecycle management, vendor coordination, technical installations, and cross-functional team leadership in high-pressure environments. Eric has collaborated with leading organizations such as Cirque du Soleil, TAIT, Cavalia, Enchant Christmas, Illumi, Samajam, Lune Rouge, and Baldyga Group Entertainment, contributing to projects in theaters, museums, science centers, and large-scale public installations.
He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Music from Concordia University and a PMP Agile certification from McGill University. He combines a strong artistic foundation with advanced project management expertise. Known for his leadership, adaptability, and attention to detail, Eric consistently delivers high-quality results while managing complex timelines, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams.
