Ian oversees strategic operations of the production, compliance, design, pyrotechnics and engineering teams. Ian focuses on client relations, project development and Image Engineering’s overall operation, expansion and efficiency creation. 

By training Ian is a project manager with a keen eye for detail, quality and organization. He brings experience from a background in large-scale event production, budget management and logistics coordination to every project he oversees. Internally, Ian focuses on team member professional development, design development,  process improvement and strategic planning. When working on projects Ian oversees everything from initial concept creation through final execution, he is there every step of the way ensuring clients have a smooth experience and delivering the best product possible. 

Ian’s clients range from corporate to touring as well as major sports franchises. Previous projects and current client roster includes Super Bowl 50, the College Football Playoff National Championship, Los Angeles Lakers, Vegas Golden Knights, San Francisco 49ers, Baltimore Ravens, the Smithsonian Institutions, VAI Resort, Universal Destinations and Experiences and many more. Ian holds a Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing and Management from Loyola University Maryland.
