With over twenty-five years in the entertainment industry and a background in mechanical engineering, Joe continually encourages the engineering teams to do what has never been done before. As the President of Image Engineering, Joe is responsible for the setting the strategic course, managing all financial operations and consulting on engineered products.

Prior to Image Engineering’s inception, Joe served as Baltimore Gas & Electric’s Director of Corporate Safety and Wellness overseeing the safety of over 3,000 employees in office, warehouse and in the field. Joe also served as the Director of Wide Area Network and the Director of Fleet Service while at BGE. Joe holds a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from University of Maryland and a Masters of Business Administration from University of Baltimore. Joe also completed the executive leadership program at the Darden School of Business at UVA.
