Lauren is an Account Manager in Live Events & Sports at Image Engineering, where she focuses on growing client relationships and expanding our work across the sports industry. She partners with teams to bring their game day vision to life—enhancing the fan experience through dynamic elements like pyrotechnics, lasers, custom fabrications, activations, and unforgettable player introductions.

Lauren’s background includes sales, marketing, and client relations, where she’s been able to combine creativity, attention to detail, and strong communication skills to build meaningful, lasting relationships. Over the past 15 seasons, Lauren has also worked in the NFL, primarily in marketing and entertainment, contributing to live events and connecting directly with fans.

Lauren has always had a passion for sports—especially football—and for creating moments that leave a lasting impression. That passion started at Virginia Tech, where she studied Communication and Marketing (and earned bragging rights as a flag football champion).When not working in sports, Lauren loves volunteering and staying connected to the Baltimore community.
